  1. Review to come complete with quotes but on the off chance I don t get around to it, in a nutshell absolutely bloody hilarious.

  2. It really was OK At first you get a very good impression of the book but the jokes keep repeating themselves and obviously, after a few chapters, it is not so funny any.

  3. A light hearted read told through the voice of Prince George about life in the Royal household Some funny , laugh out loud moments especially George s reaction to his mother s pregnancy and birth of his little sister Loved the relationship between Harry and Kate.Nice easy read that s a breath of fresh air and perfect if you want something that s not too taxing.I received an advance copy of this book from the publisher and netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

  5. Very easy to read, kind sometimes even funny book It took me like two days to read it but I wasn t really amazed by it What annoyed me the most was that it balanced between going way over the board and showing the royal family in completely unreal way Kate having a specialist for her hair shine, wtf and on the other hand showing that it s actually the same family as any other normal british family So it was a bit of both but together it didn t really work for me.

  6. Easy and playful read Obviously bit of exercise in expected light fun with Royals, and odd politicians thrown in for good measure Legions of aides and teams advising the obvious, or less All in all may be better read, and fun, than some of exclusives and revelations about this or that of royal personages.

  7. I absolutely fell in love with this book Reading the thoughts of the little Prince George was very funny, but the whole family and their jokes were great as well This is one of the books you don t have to think about so much, you can just relax and enjoy reading it.

  8. I have no idea if I am the correct target audience for this book I am on the whole fairly indifferent to the Royal Family and politics, and I wasn t suffering baby fever at the birth of either of the young royals However this book is utterly hilarious, and such a great piss take of the family, despite being rooted in reality It takes us on the journey from George s first birthday until he turns two, includes all of Kate s pregnancy as seen from the eyes of a 1 year old, and of course living with [...]

  9. The Prince George Diaries Clare Bennett The book follows the life of Prince George, from his first birthday though to his second in a momentous year that sees the birth of his sister, in the form of a diary written by George If you have firm pictures in your head of the some of the cute photos of little prince George I think this will entertain and amuse you Compared to my usual diet of books this was very much light reading and reminded me how valuable it is to read something that doesn t requi [...]

  10. This was a very entertaining and fun read, especially on my commute to work I am not a big fan of the Royal Family and didn t follow the news about the birth of Prince George and Princess Charlotte to great extent but this book was really funny and satirical about the family and I enjoyed it.This is a view of the Royal Family from the eyes of 1 year old Prince George who talks about their daily lives in the palace, Kate s pregnancy, David Cameron s visits to the Queen and the people who work for [...]

  11. I m sure there is a large chunk of the British public who will find this behind the scenes look at the Royal Family through the eyes of Prince George very funny indeed Sadly I m not one of them Don t get me wrong it has its moments asides about Prince Philip s political correctness, an obsession with Kate s hair, etc , it just really outstays its welcome and is way too long Told in diary format, it could have been neatly trimmed and so much better, as it is, it gets repetitive oh William and Har [...]

  12. Possibly the most hilarious book I have ever read No, make that devoured, because the pages just flew Who knew being inside the Royals could be so funny If you ve ever, even just a little bit, been intrigued by the Royal Family, you ll want to read this Seriously, this is like therapy, so much it s going to make you guffaw and really lose your grasp And oh yes, special mention to teas with David I couldn t get enough of that oneor of that book Totally rollicking good romp Kinda hoping the author [...]

  13. 5 stars might be a little high, but I laughed out loud a lot while reading this entertaining and silly book Super fun, even better if you like British things to get most of the jokes I just saw an encore screen to film presentation of Helen Mirren in The Audience a few weeks ago and that help me imagine the Cameron scenes of the weekly meetings with the Queen to be even entertaining If you live by me, you can borrow it.

  14. Won from good readsAn easy read through the eyes of George about the royal family and Kate s pregnancy and the birth of Charlotte his sister.Funny moments especially George with how he reacts to Kate s pregnancy and birth of Charlotte The jokes and carry on with William Kate and Harry also David Cameron and the queens meetings.

  15. I won this as a Giveaway. So far I ve loved every moment of the book The writing is so full of wit and humour The characterisation seems spot on and I can t wait to get back to the book tonight Definitely worth a read if you have any kind of interest in the British Royal Family.
